PreK Graduation
Just a reminder that
the PreK Graduation will be held on Thursday, May 16 at 1:00. All PreK families
are invited to join us for this celebration. (Just a note: this graduation is for PreK only
— the K4 students will have their graduation next year, after completing PreK)
In addition, the PreK
teachers have sign-up sheets outside their classrooms for you to indicate where
your child will be attending Kindergarten in the fall.
Registration for 2012-13
Open registration for
the 2012-2013 school year has begun. If you need flyers to hand out to friends
and family, or have any questions regarding registration, please see Mrs.
Bonson or Mrs. Parker in the Preschool office.
Mother’s Day Gifts
On Thursday, May 9, all
mothers please come to pick up your child about 5 minutes early. Your child
will have a special gift that they would like to present to you. If someone
else is picking up your child that day, please know that the gifts will still
be sent with your child to be presented at home. If you have any questions
about this, please see Mrs. Bonson or Mrs. Parker in the Preschool office.
Weather Reminders
Just a reminder: we will be
outside for playtime if the temperature is 50 degrees or warmer (and not raining!) Please ensure that your child is dressed
appropriately for the weather — if it is on the cooler side, please make sure
your child has a jacket to wear. Also, we recommend tennis shoes for school as
the mulch on the playground can cause splinters in little feet wearing sandals.
Over Already?
It is so difficult for all of
us on staff to believe that the school year is almost over! We have enjoyed
this opportunity to serve all the families enrolled in our program and we want
to thank you for being part of the fifth year for Children of Hope Preschool.
We pray for a great summer for all of you and a smooth transition back into
class in the fall.

Looking for a place to
worship on Sunday mornings and a place where you can connect and serve the
Lord? New Hope Church is an independent,
evangelical, protestant church located in the Center Grove-Greenwood
community.
Get
to know New Hope by checking out the church’s website (www.newhopegreenwood.org),
and please stop by on a Sunday morning to check us out. Our services are at 9:00 and 10:30. If you have any
